I've been offline for a little while but that has been because so much has been happening with this project. There have been quite a few developments which I'll mention over the next few blogs.The first one to mention is we've now applied for funding with the Australian Film Commission. Collating all the information they needed in terms of forms, documentation, spreadsheets, budgets, quotes and letters of expression of interest became a mini-project in itself.
However, it was a valuable exercise to do at this point in the game as it turned the wheels and tightened the project in a way that wouldn't have otherwise happened till further down the track when it was less useful for planning.
Right now we have a finely tuned project that is in pre-production and still months away from the first major shoot.
